Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and error-free information for engraving. Please thoroughly review your order confirmation, including text and images, before finalizing your purchase. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products with errors that were present in the original order provided by the customer.
Image Approval
Prior to engraving, customers will have the opportunity to review and approve the final design, including images. Once approved, changes cannot be made, and the order will proceed to production.
Natural Variations
For engraved memorials on wood, marble or slate, please be aware that these are natural products. Variations in size, texture, and appearance are inherent to these materials and contribute to their unique character. We do not accept returns based on natural variations in our natural products.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered the production process. After this period, cancellations are not possible as the customization process has commenced.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare event that your engraved memorial arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We may request supporting documentation, such as photographs, to assess and verify the issue.
Refund and Exchange
Refunds or exchanges will only be considered in cases of documented damage or defects that occurred during the manufacturing or shipping process. Refunds or exchanges are not applicable for products with customer-approved designs or natural variations in materials.
